RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If the product delivered does not match the size ordered, please contact us at info@saphirestores.com within 15 days of the delivery date.

Product images may slightly differ from the actual item due to lighting or screen settings. Therefore, we do not accept exchanges for this reason. Exchange requests will only be considered if the product is defective or if the incorrect item has been delivered.

Sale Products: Items purchased during sales cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded (both online and in stores). Products bought at full price that later go on sale will be exchanged at the discounted rate.

Refund Policy: Sapphire Stores does not offer cash refunds, except in cases where an item is out-of-stock, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect. Refunds are provided in the form of a voucher with a one-month validity.

For prepaid orders, refunds for defective items will be processed after the product has been returned to Sapphire Stores. Refunds may take up to 15 working days to appear in your account from the time we receive the item.

Cosmetics cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

We do not offer a return/exchange policy for international orders.

Size Exchange Policy

If the product does not match the size ordered, or if it doesn’t align with the size chart provided on our website, you must return the item to Sapphire Stores. Contact us at info@saphirestores.com within 15 days from the delivery date.

The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with the price tag, hangtag, and care label still attached. Our customer support team may direct you to an exchange at a nearby Sapphire outlet.

This policy applies only to domestic orders within Pakistan. For international orders, email us at info@saphirestores.com for assistance.

How to Request an Exchange?

If you encounter a size issue or a defect and would like to request an exchange, please contact us via email at info@saphirestores.com. Provide your order details, the reason for the exchange, and a photo of the product within 15 days of delivery.

The product must be in its original condition with all tags intact. Once our customer support team verifies and approves the claim, you will be asked to return the product to the address provided by our team.

Exchange Timeline

We aim to process all exchange claims within 7-10 working days after receiving the returned product. However, during peak periods, this may extend to 15 working days.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Sapphire Stores reserves the right to cancel orders in certain cases, such as product unavailability or declined debit/credit card payments.
